lease permanent contractual agreement that cannot be undone between the owners of a
communications system and a customer of that system. Sudachad offers a customer the
possibility of purchasing the right to use a certain amount of the capacity for a specified number
of years. Our IRU contracts are always long-term; the service intends to obligate the purchaser
to pay a portion of the operating costs, the costs of maintaining the cable through the
